The process

ReedRefined has teamed up with Printify. The shop is linked directly to Printify’s services where they will receive all orders made through ReedRefined’s site. Printify will accept, fulfill, and ship out all orders directly to the address you provided.

Shipping

Printify will receive orders immediately and send orders to production within the same business day. Orders will be delivered between 3-7 business days.

Returns

“Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.”

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue form” and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

BUYING ART:

Returns

Once a digital purchase has been made, I cannot accept returns at this time. Please make sure that you review your purchase as much as possible before buying. :) If you are extremely unsatisfied with your downloaded print, please contact me directly so I can do what I can to fix the issue as best to my ability.

Printing

Your print(s) will be available in your email as a downloadable link after you make the purchase.

After you download your art file, (Make sure you save it!) you are able to print in any way that you want, & in most sizes that you want!

You can certainly print on your own printer, but I’d definitely suggest paying a little bit extra to get it
done at a local shop!
(That’s how I do it, and it’s so easy!)

* Bring in your file, send/upload it through their preferred email, and they’ll resize to your need and print on paper texture of your liking.
Bada-boom.
